1 dozen eggs
1 pkg. shredded cheese (any flavor)
1 pkg. hashbrowns
Bacon Bits (optional)

Add oil to preheated dutch oven
Brown hash browns in lidded oven stirring occasionally.
While hashbrowns are cooking mix the eggs in a seperate bowl.
When potatoes are done add the egg mixture, on top of hashbrowns in the oven.
Bake until eggs start to set then add the cheese to top.
Replace lid and let the cheese melt.
Optional: add bacon bits to the egg mixture before cooking.
Serves: 4-6
